All our properties are inspected by our quality control team. The pictures we send you are taken by the estate agent in charge of your case and will reflect the exact state of the property.

How does Horizon London help you to find an accommodation?

As soon as we receive your request form with the first installment, we will begin search an accommodation for you according to your requirements. We will select a few flats for viewing and we will offer you the ones which we think are suited to your needs. As soon as you have made your choice, we will hold the accommodation for you. 

Horizon London promises to refund the agency fees in the case we were not able to find you an accommodation. 

How does Horizon London help you to find a job?

As soon as we receive your request form along with the first installment, we will call our different partners and pass on your CV. If your profile matches their requirements you will be invited to an interview.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via BACS payment or cash.

Once I have paid the agency, could I change my mind and pull out?

If you change your mind within 5 workings days, we will refund up to 30% of the agency fees. Beyond 5 working days, Horizon London will keep the entire agency fees.

If you change your mind within 5 working days, you must notify us as soon as possible in a written letter.

What happens if we do not find you an accommodation?

In this case we promise to return the entire payment.
